Team Memberships
Prerequisites
- Access Level: Sub-admin, Admin.
- Permission Requirements:
- . Basic Team Interaction
- View own teams
- Edit own teams (depending on stature per-team)
- . Team Administration
- View all teams in the system
- Add users to any team arbitrarily
- Modify any team membership arbitrarily
- Remove users from any team arbitrarily
Access the Team Memberships
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the Team Memberships button in the left panel.
View Team Memberships for a User
- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the Team Memberships button in the left panel.
- Select the team and user whose membership details you want to view.
- Click the View button in the top right panel.
- In the left panel, view the team member's name, team relationship, and the date they were added to the team.
tip
You can also view a user's team memberships by searching their name in the User column.
Add User(s) to Team(s) from Team Memberships

- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the Team Memberships in the left panel.
- Click the Add users to teams button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, enter the user name(s) and the team name(s) to add them to.
- Click Save.
Bulk Email Users with Similar Team Memberships

- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the Team Memberships in the left panel.
- Select the team(s) and user(s) to whom you want to send a bulk email.
- Click the Bulk Email button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, click Copy to copy the emails or click Download to download the emails.
- Once done, click Close.
Delete Team Membership(s)

- Go to the Management icon in the top left taskbar.
- Navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the Team Memberships button in the left panel.
- Select the team membership(s) to delete.
- Click the Delete button in the top right panel.
- In the pop-up, click Delete Membership.
caution
Deleting a user's membership from a team will revoke their access to all objects associated with the team, such as projects, virtual machines, and drives.
